The Hardwick farm, for sale.

Our breathtakingly beautiful 38-acre farm is located in the bucolic central Massachusetts town of Hardwick, just east of the Quabbin reservoir. The farmhouse dates from 1760 and sits along a quiet lane with hayfields to the west and with barns and pastures surrounding the house to the east and south. Our solar array sits a top a post-and-beam equipment shed.

Because I (Tricia) would like to continue raising goats and making cheese for my live-long days, we decided that now is a good time to simplify. Our herd has become quite small this season, and now work is easily managed by Michael and me.
